All is calm, all is bright ....

Emsworth, Hampshire was beautifully sunny this afternoon for our shore walk. Incredibly peaceful, quite still, atmosphere. The sun was quite warm, certainly warm enough to sit for a while. In contrast, town was busy, but according to shopkeepers - more people than usual spending less money than usual.

I have an advent calendar with a saying for each day . Today's saying:
"You have learned the art of celebration when you can say 'each day has its own highlight'."
This was my highlight for today.
