To Live By

I have to go back today to the house to start sorting again I've not been for three weeks
I hate it
I've been up all night with IBS I'm so stressed
If I could only focus on the end now the house is sold
But I feel like jelly I don't want to do anything
What's wrong with me?
I'm almost at the end now it seems to be getting harder
