Take me, I'm yours

On my walk home from work I noticed this rather lovely chair that had been put out to be taken by anyone who wanted to give it a new home. The seat needs a bit of repair work but otherwise it's got real character.

I'm noticing this happening more and more often and I think it's a really nice idea. I do hope someone takes it before it gets damaged by the damp evening air.

This shot was taken at about 6.30pm, no flash, just 'as it came'.

I feel very relieved as I got paid today which means we'll be able to buy groceries before the weekend.
