The Maryhill Tree

I did this woodburning for my big sister, who used to live in Maryhill before  her tenement was demolished. Well-known Glasgow landmark, “The Maryhill tree” was a goat willow that flourished for more than twenty years in the 60 feet-high chimney of a former beer-bottling plant in North Woodside Road.
