Travellers

It's Sunday, so it must be Newcastle! Our usual Sunday morning trip to Newcastle for a stroll and coffee. This morning we saw a large number of Light Bellied Brent Geese, we reckon they will soon be off on their travels, back to the Arctic. A huge number over-winter on Strangford Lough, and we have occasionally spotted one or two here in Newcastle, on the Irish Sea coast, but there were many more than usual.
