Joyful Boogie Nights

A gloriously sunny morning exploring Waterperry Gardens in a t-shirt feeling the sun on my skin. Having driven past the sign every week it was great to explore the landscaped formal gardens, the riverside walk, the yew maze, walled gardens and melon houses, and the fritillaria meadow (not a meadow for Spanish omelette’s as was my first thought!). Then in the afternoon it was time to celebrate S&R’s nuptials. There were speeches, music and song from friends of the happy couple, dancing, paella, more dancing, pizza, and a lot of happiness and love. What a gloriously joyful Saturday!
