Cosmeston Medieval Village

Cosmeston Medieval Village is a lovely reconstructed medieval village near Lavernock, Penarth, Cardiff.

The gate was open and I wandered in, thinking it was free like all museums are in Wales. I was soon approached by a lady official asking if I was the man from the council !!  I couldn't lie and we laughed and she advised me I should have paid.....we chatted for twenty minutes and she was happy to let me wander for free provided I didn't tell anyone. I always keep promises!!! :)
