A belated Mothers Day meal

We walked along the canal to the pub for a couple of drinks then a wee bit further to the restaurant.

It was lovely. Lots of funny chat and the realisation that hubby and I are the most embarrassing parents of all the parents of anyone in eldest's friendship group. I simply don't understand how we can be any worse than any other parent. Eldest has given me many reasons why, all of which I have been able to adequately explain.

I'm at a loss :-)
