(Not So) Little Angels

When I got home yesterday I was very depressed by the lack of progress the builders had made. The house and drive looked 10 times worse than they did last week and yet it's all meant to be finished this week. I know there's a saying about 'things getting worse before they get better' but this was just silly.

So I had another sleepless night worrying about all the things that need to be done by Christmas Day and I have no idea how it's going to happen. Why does Christmas always have to be a deadline?

Anyway, Zen dog and her brother M came to the rescue today dealing with all sorts of chores which helped enormously.

Then when I came home I was told there was a surprise which turned out to be a fully decorated Christmas Tree. I was beginning to think we wouldn't have one this year.

Out to supper with friends now and feel so much better than I did yesterday!

What angels they are. :)
