Lunch at Taid and Aselle’s
We went to my Dad (aka Taid which is Welsh for Grandfather) and Aselle’s for lunch, we took Erin with us, Dad made saffron rice, Dahl and an okra dish as well as prawn curry, Erin made a vegan Victoria sponge and we also had lemon tart, champagne and wine! What a feast! It was great fun.
We dropped Erin off home and had tea with Janette and Rob which was lovely, we saw their flat which is in a beautiful block with a lovely garden, they showed us a photo book from Tonga and NZ where they’re from of a trip they had with the family in 2014, it was really interesting hearing about their families and upbringings.
Back home to the tv and some relaxation with the kids.
