First day of Easter break

The confirmation dress glowed in the murky morning. I got off the bus early to go back and photograph it.

Because I don’t have kids and Easter follows the Julian calendar. I didn’t realise until today.

Meanwhile the hire company unexpectedly gave me a brand new BMW. It was odd to start it by pressing a button and disconcerting when the engine turns its self off at the lights, but the latter is a good thing. So far it's proving a lovely drive.
