MONO MONDAY - Making a Noise

These are leaves/fronds of the sheoak tree in our back garden.
When the wind is blowing, and it wasn't tonight, they make a beautiful, soft  whistle - very easy on the ear.  
Sheoak timber is very rich in colour and beautifully patterned.
The little nuts that fall from the leaves are most painful under foot and you are more than likely to make a noise....ouch!!
