Making a noise

I have wanted a gate into the parkland for a long while and this chap and his son recently carried out some landscape work at our friends' home.  He gave a very reasonable quote and today came to carry out the work.  One of the original fence posts was rotten so that was where we decided the gate should go.

The day started dull and chilly but has developed into a lovely warm afternoon with gentle sunlight and here I am indoors keeping you happy with a blip.
