The Birthday Girl and her Mum

Amelia got a beautiful sparkly ice skating dress for her 7th birthday. Her Mummy took her ice skating this morning so she could wear it and filmed her practicing her twirls and jumps.
After a busy birthday they sat down to playback the video and her moves were captured beautifully ... until she was obliterated by a big boy skating past and losing his balance - he was caught on film from the back; he didn't fall or hurt himself but it was like one of those cartoon misadventures where the legs and arms are flailing at speed until he managed to save himself. Her Mum hadn't noticed him whilst actually filming. They were on the couch giggling as they watched it again - which sounds terrible! Everybody loses balance on the ice now and then - it's happened to Amelia and her Mum plenty of times too. 
As long as nobody gets hurt is it OK to laugh?
