Retro Angel

After coming home from my daughter's house where it was very Christmassy, I decided to put our tree up (first time we've ever had a synthetic tree, but the needles really got to me last year), and the first item out of the box was the doll for the top!
She belonged to my husband's family and must be quite old by now. I love her open and shut blue eyes, but her wavy hair is wonderful.
Over the years she has acquired various additions to her dress, and once somebody has made her some golden wings, but this all adds to her charm.
