'We are what we do.'

I cannot show you a picture of today's school nativity so instead you have a Swedish Christmas decoration based on the story of St Lucia:

'St Lucia was a young Christian girl who was martyred, killed for her faith, in 304AD. The most common story told about St Lucia is that she would secretly bring food to the persecuted Christians in Rome, who lived in hiding in the catacombs under the city. She would wear candles on her head so she had both her hands free to carry things. Lucy means 'light' so this is a very appropriate name.' St Lucia day is held on the 13th December each year.

Three beautiful things:
Another school nativity.
Making time to catch up with a friend.
Jem's 'naughty' face - too cute to get cross with!

One thing to be grateful for:
3 more gets ups - including 2 Xmas dinners, 3 more nativities, 1 carol service, 2 parties and staff secret Santa! It is definitely Christmas and I wouldn't change a thing.
