Iggy was the bright spot today - I learned that a friend passed away after having a brain aneurysm recently. She was in her 40s and literally the fittest person I have ever known. Also one of the kindest. She was so strong and competitive, but warm and kind in equal measure. It’s hard to understand, but I guess it always is. My heart hurts for her husband and kids.
