These photos are part of my record of our trip, and I hope they provide you with a sense of this fabulous walk. Turning a corner and seeing another beautiful bay with sandy beaches; kayakers having a rest on the beach; well formed tracks and good bridges. It is a very accessible track and more than 2000 people walk it, or part of it each year. It is NZs most popular track. I’m so pleased we did it at this time if the year and not in the summer holidays- it would be too crowded for me.
