Rooftops

These are located in the grounds of Hever Golf Club near to Hever castle in Kent.

I took Ella my granddaughter there in the afternoon as she was trying a taster Pilates class specifically aimed at horse riders. The instructor, a rider herself, is also an osteopath and it was her first day at the newly opened health club at Hever. The studio space was well designed with a double height beamed ceiling with windows the length of the walls, looking out over the golf course with countryside as far as the eye could see.

I wandered around outside, the sun was at last shining, there were no golfers and it was a beautiful setting. The buildings are now used for leisure purposes including a bar/restaurant with an outside lake currently under construction . There is a hotel, function room, wedding venue and now the newly opened health and fitness club. Hever Castle is next door, so there is plenty to do.

Ella found the Pilates class very beneficial so i think I may be making further trips there. Its only half an hour drive through beautiful countryside.
