Oranges

Did you know there was more vitamin c in the pith than in the orange fruit itself? This is an orange A tasked me with pealing all in one go...

Anyway sorry not been around had a rough few days but seem to have pulled through to the other side now, hopefully I will remain ' well ' until Christmas Day is over at least.

I have had toothache since October - community dentist is meant to be coming out on Friday lets hope she remembers her tools this time.
