The two sides of Enfield

Here is part of the River Lea complex behind Wrights Flour Mill (a mill was recorded on this site in the Domesday Book, a  millennia ago), and in the background a new warehouse appearing.  There was once manufacturing industry for miles  along the canal. Now we build places to house stuff brought from halfway round the world to be distributed.  I find it a little odd.
