Will and the Fence

Today's the day ……………………….. to rabbit-proof

Will has been hard at work this afternoon putting in a new fence to stop the rabbits coming in and eating everything in the garden.

He was greatly helped by a special mallet that Rob lent him to knock the posts in - and this is him attaching the wire netting.  It goes down into the ground to hopefully stop the little blighters from digging under.  I did wonder if any rabbit would be able to scale the sheer cliff up from the river, the other side of the fence?  But Will said the rabbits that get in from the front will go over to the fence and throw down ropes.

Ah well, if it keeps in small children and dogs - that'll do me …………………...
