Alpenglow and Long Shadows

Thank you so much for your sympathetic words and encouraging gifts for yesterday's blip. Lots of good advice given for my shoulder and the use of my camera!

This morning I woke to a perfectly clear sky and, at the end of the Rhone Valley from the balcony (tripod assisted) a palette of pink snows on the Trient Glacier and the Aiguille d'Argentière. I know you have seen this before!
