Spring

Spring continues and more leaves and blossom are appearing, it really does feel like the darkness of winter is gone.  
The strawberry tarts sold well in the cafe today, the first batch of six sold out so a second batch was assembled.  I got a chance to use a piping bag for the first time ever, to put cream on one tart, then the strawberry and then the strawberry gel.
