Caves and architecture

Decided to make best use of our day here and took ourselves off to the the Museo del Altamira in the morning - caves with beautiful ancient paintings were discovered over 100 years ago but due to visitor numbers the original caves have been closed off and a reporiducyion has been built around a modern museum. Disappointed not to see the originals but understand why they did that. Worth a look if you’re in the area.

Spent the afternoon in the town of Comillas where Gaudí designed a house for a wealthy Cuban family - stunning architecture and was really taken with the mirror.

Quick trip to the shops and beef stroganoff for dinner. One other family in the campsite tonight so we’re no longer alone.
