New beginnings

Up early and all day in interviews....thank goodness I think we have someone this time - last year we couldn't appoint to this role. 
Bright sunny day but chilly....signs of spring budding out everywhere. V came home with me and we watched the old film Local Hero in preparation for going to see a stage adaptation next week (my Christmas present from V). There have been lots of good reviews so we're looking forward to it. The film was good although a rather inconclusive ending, and it will be interesting if the stage version changes the presentation of the oil industry and climate change given how much the world has moved on since 1983.
Two more big days to prepare for so went to bed early to read stuff
