Reddish Egret

Excited to see this one today as the Reddish Egret I believe is quite rare.  Certainly a first for me and hilarious to watch its activities.

They feed in shallow water where they confuse their prey with unconventional fishing methods.   It dances, stumbles, and flaps its wings to the extent that the little fish has no idea what the bird will do next.  In the confusion it becomes breakfast!   It actually moves around a bit like a drunk on a Saturday night close to where I live!
