One for Nogbad

How do you train two dogs to climb through the open window, attach a hose and turn on the tap?
As usual took the opportunity of the Tuesday evening's dog food shopping trip to the butcher, to do some leash training in Ottobeuren. Was hoping to get a Blip of the Christmas trees in the Basilica but they weren't lit and the lighting was generally on "low".
On the marketplace we passed the "Brewery Hotel Hirsch" and noticed the open window. From the activity inside it was clear the pots were "in use"!
Ottobeuren a town with less than 8000 inhabitants has two small breweries, the "Hirsch" and the "Kleines Brauhaus am Kloster" (Small brewery at the monastery).
Perhaps Nogbad knows someone who can give some hints. Nigel on your next visit, we have two places marked for the pub crawl - I just need to organise the cricket game. There is a golf club in Ottobeuren but not sure that Paul & Phil still have their tartan knickerbockers golf gear.
