Spider

Great little animals, would love to know what this one is - I think it might be a black headed jumping spider.  I don't know anything much about spiders, except they do a great job getting rid of flies etc. goodness knows what summer would be like without them.

If it i a jumping spider it's endemic to New Zealand, actively hunts prey and hides at night in curled up flax and cabbage tree leaves.
