Applies I think to both images from the secret lake. We were very pleased to see Mrs Grebe sitting quietly and unobtrusively on her nest, safe we hope from marauding coots, herons, dogs and humans.Will keep you posted. This is the fourth year following the fortunes of the Grebe family. Last year was the first successful raising of a chick. Lets hope she can raise a few more this year.
