Not sure why....

..... it is thought necessary to put the spikes on the top floor of the hospital multi -storey car park as the fence is high enough to deter climbers.
Charity shop stint and then slow puncture repaired in one of the new tyres I had a few weeks ago.  It cost almost half the price of a new tyre. 

 Fitted in a manicure and then went to the 'walk in' X Ray department for my chest X Ray.
Was on the top floor because my friend gave me a lift and as a volunteer she has access to the staff parking.
