Continuing to.....

Rust but still in service and doing rather we’ll!
Today was the first physio session for Luce and she behaved extremely well. It was both interesting and informative being shown the tension in her muscles and how after a bit of massage and some exercise the tension left. So I have come away with a list of exercises for her (and me) and we’re going back in a couple of weeks to see how she and I have done.
