It's Big!

We took the Flumlet to the museum and sat at the front on the top deck of the bus (an Enviro400XLB of course), from which we saw this enormous crane and a series of large support vehicles busy on some deep pipework.

Among activities at the museum we had a go at the Break It area, part of the science festival, where the Flumlet (having blagged his way into the over-5s area as the under-5s was rubbish) attempted to take apart an electronic device (a simple amplifier) and put it back together (extra 1). He managed to remove the cover but replacing it might have been possible if the screw heads and the screwdrivers weren't shredded. He stuck at it before Mr Flum declared the task impossible, so we went to see the dinosaurs as planned and enjoyed travelling on the lift, the escalators and the stairs to see as much as possible. 

When home he improved his prowess on the stacking elephants with his best design yet! (Extra 2).
