Leafing

I love early Spring. Everything is budding, blooming and leafing.Some things are even seeding (hello early dandelions).

These new leaves were illuminated by late afternoon sunshine. Something has already had a nibble at two leaves. The race is on.

Within a short distance blackcaps, chiffchaffs, nuthatches and jays all singing or calling, and orange tip, speckled wood and peacock butterflies fluttering about.

Salford can be a very green place.
