The Dog Lift

This is a very useful type of stile. You lift the left hand side up and your dog can go through into the next field. Owners can then go over the stile on the right. I have used this for years. Russet used to push through and then tear down to the bottom of the field. Copper takes it more slowly, or should I say carefully!
We decided not to go through today though - a small group of very large bullocks were lying on the grass not far away!
