At the park

Today was lovely and sunny, so after lots of playing in the back garden, we all ventured to the park. Thomas tried his bike without stabilisers again, then went off to play. He took me on the swings for the first time, but I slept right through it!
This evening we had a family film night, and watched the incredibles 2. I lay on my play mat for a while, then decided I wanted to join in with the cuddles on the sofa.
The gaviscon is helping and I've been much happier, and not had as many refluxy episodes today.. and last night mummy got much more sleep than the night before!
