A Writer's Life

Snow and Flu

Attempted to get the grading done, but had to admit it just wouldn't happen, so I prepped for my class. I did most of the class, but had to let them go earlier than usual, as I'm apparently still sick. They didn't complain, though!

Funny thing, though: I discovered just how young my students are! I was discussing with them the scientific progresses of the 18th century. But to do that, I had to explain how fabric was made... Seriously. I think they didn't realize that before electricity and machines, people had to do stuff with their hands!

It snowed most of the day, but then there was a bit of rain
