Abbotsford

Beautiful day but the trapped nerve thing is still troubling me so no chance of a bike ride. Instead me and Mrs S went down to the borders to check out ‘Im Indoors handy work - he worked on the restoration of Abbotsford House. What a place it is. Can’t think why we have never popped down for a look before. Beautiful gardens and a really quirky house. Lunch was decent too.

This evening Mrs S and the twins are watching a couple of back episodes of GOT to whet their appetite before the final series starts next week. I’m in the other room with the Longrow Red, the pug and the second book in Caimh Mcdonnell’s Dublin Trilogy.
