The frost on Tuesday night took me by surprise, and the tomato plants were outside in the cold frame. They don't look dead, which is a miracle, though the Basil looks pretty burnt around the edges, 

The kind of lovely April weather, though, where the coldest mornings turn to the warmest and sunniest afternoons. 

I think it's time tog et back on the bike, though I have been enjoying the two weeks of walking. Next week, we'll be cycling along together if all goes well.
