'Almost There'

Thanks to everyone for your comments, stars and hearts for yesterday's 200th. You all managed to get me to hit the spotlight for the first time ever. Very exciting stuff.

Anyway about today....mmmmm.

Another very busy day in the office with an early start, almost finished my project, have a meeting with the builder tomorrow morning to hand over documents so one more early start again tomorrow and that will be it for the year. Woo Hoo.

Weird weather today, a very warm overnight minimum again in the high teens and then a quite warm 32 or 33 degrees for most of the day, with the occasional try hard shower and grey skies all day. It's now 8pm and still hovering at around 30 and trying hard to rain.

This is Blanche, the matriarch of all of our chickens, they're always glad to see any of us in their run and normally come over to say g'day in a most curious fashion. We call them 'Chooks' here is Aus, but Americans have never heard he term before and usually laugh we we say 'chooks'? Wonder if they're called chooks anywhere else in the world?
