A good morning at the office was followed by meeting up with an old Canadian friend who is in London with her husband and children. We met at the Natural History Museum - in half term... It was good to see her!

Later on Tim and I met up for a stroll and a bite to eat. By the time we got home I was very tired. I think the noise and the number of people really got to me today.
