Margaret

Always a good day when I meet with my pal Margaret. We both enjoy the Japanese cafe Soyakaze : I usually have their delicious volcano rolls : seafood/rice/seaweed.

I managed to get up early this morning : perhaps its the light thats wakens me early. I'm so stiff in the mornings I'm quite glad to get out of bed : thats new for me. I've gone back to taking large doses of Cod Liver oil to try and counter the stiffness.   I swam /did Pilates then needed a sandwich.
