Ice Cream

We have an ice cream maker!

As Hubby is away on a golf outing I decided to christen it. I made rhubarb and ginger ice cream. Deep down I knew I should cook the rhubarb first but some recipes didn't cook the fruit so I took a gamble. For a first attempt I am very impressed. The gadget was easy to use and clean and I do have delicious ice cream. Even though it isn't perfect it will still be eaten.
