I Joined UP

A friend of mine and I joined up (even before New Year's Resolution Time) and after our second visit can tell you, "I am so out of shape"!!! What I like is no contracts and no fuss inside this facility. Everyone seems friendly and willing to show you how to use some of the machines and it helps get me out of the house and hopefully more physically fit. Wish me luck!!
