Downton Abbey 1

This blip looks like something that might exist below-stairs in an old country house. It is in fact one of the "working" corridors of Glasgow City Chambers.

The building is split left to right. On the left is all marble and this is the civic side of the building and is used for events, weddings and to welcome civic dignitaries. To the right the staircases are darker and the whole area is more subdued and this is the working side of the building.

Tomorrow's blip will be "Downton Abbey 2" and will show a blip from the civic side.
