While it's Angela's job to greet us all warmly every day as we buy our coffee, it's genuine. And although she was a little surprised to be photographed, especially without makeup, she agreed. She's got a hectic schedule regularly training up to 6 trainees in a tiny little space before they go onto busier outlets.
