Alton-Baker Park Flooding

My bike ride took me through Alton-Baker Park today.
The Willamette River was just barely within its banks.
Alton-Baker Park is an exception where the pond outlet to the river is located.
Another area of the bike path further downstream just barely had its nose above water.
The water level is dropping steadily.
