Got up and put the bedding in for wash. Then I gave the apartment a good clean. I left the door open and one of my neighbour’s cats came to see if I was worth adopting.

In the afternoon I went to one of the big mall’s. I was allowed as a single male into the mall but not into any of the shops. I felt really conscious and uncomfortable.

I came out of the mall and then walked to the nearby food area where there was the usual restaurants with singles/family. I treated myself to a Starbucks (I prefer Costa) then a Shake Shack burger, fries and strawberry shake.

I still needed laces for my running shoes so went to the Sun and Sand Outlet, but was asked to leave after 5 minutes as the shop was closing for prayer-time
