Mucky Paws

Started this morning with Parkrun and was late as usual. I caught the tail runner up about 100 yards after the start.

Got heckled by our volunteers which was nice. I’ll have my revenge next time I’m volunteering.

Quick stop in the gym after then back for brunch. Afterwards, L and I took Harry out for a long walk round the Linhouse circular.

It’s fair to say he found the muddy bits.

Late afternoon I washed the 2 cars.
