the cook-in for christmas has begun!
red cabbage is cooked and in the freezer. the 4 mini christmas cakes have been dealt with - one is covered with marzipan only, one with icing only, one with marzipan and icing and the last has been left as a fruit cake - so all tastes have been catered for!!
a dozen mince pies made with a pea sized piece of brandy marzipan in with the home made mincemeat and a dozen mince pies where marzipan replaces the pastry lid.
so all in all happy it's under way but i haven't got the energy to go to the gym!
